Kespry’s seamlessly-integrated aerial intelligence platform, including drone data capture and industry-specific analytics, solves critical problems for the aggregates, construction, insurance, and mining sectors.
Chairman and CEO
George Mathew brings 20 years of experience developing high-growth technology startups to the company. Prior to Kespry, George held senior leadership positions at Alteryx, salesforce.com and SAP. He has driven company strategy, led product management and development, and built sales and marketing teams. He joined Kespry in early 2017 as Chairman of the Board and CEO, where he focuses on leading the company’s mission to transform how people and businesses capture, use and get value from worksite intelligence. George holds a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from Cornell University and a Masters in Business Administration from Duke University, where he was a Fuqua Scholar.
COO and CFO
Langley Eide drives execution against Kespry’s strategic vision, and leads finance, strategic planning, and operations. She seeks to optimize revenue growth and capital efficiency. Langley was previously Chief Strategy Officer at Alteryx, where she reported to the CEO from 2015 to 2019, and held a variety of operational roles to help grow the business from a privately-held, mid-stage software business to a multi-billion dollar organization. Prior to Alteryx, Langley served as Vice President, Finance and Strategy at ServiceNow, where she reported to the CFO and built the corporate development and investor relations functions between 2013-2014. Before ServiceNow, Langley was an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley’s Capital Markets group, where she reported to the Vice Chairman, Capital Markets, and supported financing activities for West Coast technology clients. Earlier in her career, Langley was a buy-side equity research analyst focused on software and Internet companies. She graduated with a BA from Williams College, where she dual-majored in Economics and Art History.
Kirk Marple oversees Kespry’s technology direction and development, and leads its engineering team. He brings more than 25 years of software, systems and product development expertise to Kespry, including hardware and software engineering, product management, multimedia data ingestion, and support. Most recently, Kirk served as CTO at HEROFi, a marketing automation company, and founder and chief architect at Candela, a cloud formation service. His previous experience includes extensive work on autonomous vehicle systems at General Motors and media asset management products at Microsoft. Marple holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
VP of Sales
Adam Rice is responsible for Kespry’s go-to-market strategy, and leads its Sales organization. Adam’s professional expertise in commercial drones and aerial intelligence began as a certified operator, leading complex flight operations and data delivery on high-visibility multi-billion dollar construction projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Adam’s operational success led him to Kespry, where he is responsible for driving rapid growth and adoption of Kespry technology throughout the mining, construction and inspection industries. Prior to Kespry, Adam was a dedicated Sinologist and achieved full professional fluency in Mandarin, which he leveraged in a Business Development capacity in China for three years. He has earned two Fulbright research grants that provided opportunities to perform in-depth research of Chinese culture and education systems. He holds a BA in Mandarin Chinese from Middlebury College in Vermont.
VP of Product, Design and Customer Success
Sami Muneer is responsible for Kespry's overall product direction and is responsible for product management, design, customer success, and tech support functions. He brings more than 18 years of enterprise software experience, with leadership positions in a variety of functions ranging from product, marketing to sales. Prior to Kespry, he led product at Stats, a sports analytics company. Before that, he spent 15 years at SAP where he grew multiple businesses from inception to $150-250MM revenues annually. Sami holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Art History from the University of Chicago.
VP of Marketing
Anil Prasad drives Kespry’s corporate marketing, product marketing, communications, demand generation, brand, and content initiatives. Anil has more than 19 years of corporate marketing experience, previously holding leadership positions for Qlik, Progress, Telerik, Salesforce, and WageWorks. He holds a Masters of Journalism and a BA (Hons) in Communications from Carleton University.
VP of People
As Kespry’s VP of People, Lora Paredes delivers on her passion for boosting employees’ workplace performance and engagement. She’s driven to empower high potential, and enhance the skillsets of people leaders and individual contributors in the context of a learning culture. Lora comes to Kespry from the impact investing space with a demonstrated history of working in the venture capital, non-profit and private equity industries in Silicon Valley, and across the US and emerging markets. Prior to joining Kespry, Lora worked with Omidyar Network for over a decade, with eight years as part of their Human Capital Group. At Omidyar, she supported internal people efforts, entrepreneurs and portfolio companies worldwide. She implemented programs and initiatives directly aligned to business strategy in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, recognition, career development, organizational development, total rewards, and strategic leadership development. Lora holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University.
