Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
George Mathew brings 20 years of experience developing high-growth technology startups to the company. Prior to Kespry, George held senior leadership positions at Alteryx, salesforce.com and SAP. He has driven company strategy, led product management and development, and built sales and marketing teams. He joined Kespry in early 2017 as Chairman of the Board and CEO, where he focuses on leading the company’s mission to transform how people and businesses capture, use and get value from worksite intelligence. George holds a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from Cornell University and a Masters in Business Administration from Duke University, where he was a Fuqua Scholar.
Jeff Palmer is a technology executive who brings decades of experience to Kespry management and operations. Before Kespry, Jeff served as CEO of Blue Lane, a security appliance maker (sold to VMware), was President of GetThere, a corporate online travel procurement system (sold to Sabre Holdings), and was SVP Marketing of Memco Software (sold to Platinum Technologies). Earlier in his career, he held several executive positions at Bolt Beranek and Newman Inc (NYSE: BBN). Jeff holds a BSME from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Senior Vice-President of Sales
Jon Wolken is Kespry's Senior Vice-President of Sales. Jon is an industry veteran with 20 years of experience. Most recently, he led Western Region Sales for Tableau Software where he opened up the Canadian market and was responsible for many of Tableau's largest global deployments. Previously, he led sales for Silicon Valley at Qlik Technologies. Jon holds a bachelors degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Chief Technology Officer
Kirk Marple oversees Kespry’s technology direction and development, and leads its engineering team. He brings more than 25 years of software, systems and product development expertise to Kespry, including hardware and software engineering, product management, multimedia data ingestion, and support. Most recently, Kirk served as CTO at HEROFi, a marketing automation company, and founder and chief architect at Candela, a cloud formation service. His previous experience includes extensive work on autonomous vehicle systems at General Motors and media asset management products at Microsoft. Marple holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
Michael Hersher leads Customer Success at Kespry, where he focuses on helping customers apply the Kespry technology to their individual needs. Prior to Kespry, he worked for the American Red Cross Disaster Services in a variety of roles. He led geospatial intelligence efforts for major natural disasters, including earthquakes, hurricanes, and wildfires. He was also recognized nationally for integrating emerging technologies into disaster response. Michael holds an AB in Biochemistry from Harvard.
Director of People
As Kespry’s Director of People, Lora Paredes delivers on her passion for boosting employees’ workplace performance and engagement. She’s driven to empower high potential, and enhance the skillsets of people leaders and individual contributors in the context of a learning culture. Lora comes to Kespry from the impact investing space with a demonstrated history of working in the venture capital, non-profit and private equity industries in Silicon Valley, and across the US and emerging markets. Prior to joining Kespry, Lora worked with Omidyar Network for over a decade, with eight years as part of their Human Capital Group. At Omidyar, she supported internal people efforts, entrepreneurs and portfolio companies worldwide. She implemented programs and initiatives directly aligned to business strategy in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, recognition, career development, organizational development, total rewards, and strategic leadership development. Lora holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University.
